Author description

Sue Dengate is a psychology graduate. Since becoming interested in the effects of foods on health and behaviour as a result of her own children's experiences, she has established the Food Intolerance Network, published five bestselling books and a DVD, and spoken to thousands of people all over the world. Sue has been nominated twice as Australian of the Year for her public efforts to address the behavioural and learning problems of children. For the last 15 years, Sue and her food scientist husband, Dr Howard Dengate, have run the Food Intolerance Network through the website www.fedup.com.au
